Welcome to Live Weather ("the App" or "the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and KARTS STUDIO LIMITED (the developer and operator of the App, referred to as "we," "us," or "our") governing your download, installation, access, and use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
Live Weather is a mobile application that provides weather lookup, forecasts, and related information. We may update or adjust the content and features of the Service from time to time without separate prior notice, though we will announce material changes through in-app notices or update descriptions.
You must be of the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to independently use internet services, or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to use the App.
You agree that any information you provide (if any) is true, accurate, and complete, and you will promptly update it if it changes.
3.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on an iOS device that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
Copy, modify, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or any part of it;
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App;
Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations;
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or its related servers or networks;
Use any automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access or use the App.
Core features of the App (such as weather lookup) may require access to your device's location information; please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is collected and used.
The App integrates third-party services (such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Meta) for purposes such as analytics, attribution, and advertising; the data handling practices of these services are described in Section 4 ("Third-Party Services") of our Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any such third parties.
The weather information provided in the App is sourced from third-party meteorological data providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of such information, we make no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the weather data. Such information is provided for reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for outdoor activities, travel plans, or other significant decisions.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or that errors in the Service will be corrected in a timely manner.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App's functionality at any time, without prior notice.
If you violate any provision of these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your use of the App without prior notice.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon termination, Section 5 (Disclaimer) and Section 7 (Limitation of Liability) shall continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you to us for use of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published within the App or through other appropriate means and will take effect as of the date of publication or another specified effective date. Your continued use of the App after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior oral or written agreements between the parties.
